Other third parties are strictly prohibited from using and/or exploiting CONMEBOL trademarks, this prohibition includes CONMEBOL LIBERTADORES's trademarks of sponsors.
Tickets of all kinds are marketed by CONMEBOL Tickets, on behalf and order of the event organizer ("Organizer").
The acquisition of localities implies acceptance of the following terms and conditions:
The Organizer is responsible for the event to be held and its conditions of sale.
The Organizer reserves the right to modify the program of the event partially or in full, its price, locations and capacity of the auditorium.
CONMEBOL Tickets is not responsible for the suspension or cancellation of the event to be held, for any reason. Nor is it responsible for damages of any kind that may occur on the occasion of the event or on the site where it takes place.
CONMEBOL Tickets does not perform any type of exchange, refund or return, unless CONMEBOL Tickets so by order of the Organizer. If the date or time of event is modified, this entry shall be valid for the final date set by the Organizer.
If an event is suspended or cancelled, the user will be entitled to request the return of the ticket value. All returns will be the responsibility of the Organizer.
Tickets may not be used in any case for resale. The client must take the necessary precautions to ensure that their entry is legitimate as if they are not, they will be denied access to the event and may be subject to legal action. The only authorized points of sale are the website: www.tickets.conmebol.com and - only in cases where CONMEBOL Tickets and/or the Organizer announces it - the ticket office of the establishment where the event takes place.
The personal data holder gives his consent in accordance with the provisions of Law 25,326 on the Protection of Personal Data, when using the services of CONMEBOL Tickets. In this sense, it declares to know and accept that your personal data integrate the database, granting expressly authorization for: (I) the automated processing of such data and information and (Il) its use for current or future services, developed by CONMEBOL Ticketsy /o (III) the transfer of such data to the Organizer of the event that allows to evaluate improvements in the organization of the same.
In addition, the holder of personal data has the power to exercise the right of access to them free of charge and at intervals not less than six months, unless it is established to have a legitimate interest in this effect as provided for in article 14, paragraph 3 of Law No. 25.326. The data holder also has the possibility to exercise the rights of rectification, and deletion of the data as article 6, paragraph "e" of Law 25,326.
Law 25.326- Article 27- (3) - (Files, records or data banks for advertising purposes). "The holder may at any time request the withdrawal or blocking of his name from the data banks referred to in this Article."
Decree 1558/01 -Annex I- Article 3-3paration. "In any communication for advertising purposes made by mail, telephone, e-mail, Internet or other remotely, to know, the possibility of the holder of the data to request the withdrawal or blocking, in whole or in part, of his name from the database, must be expressly and prominently indicated. At the request of the data subject, the name of the person responsible or user of the data bank that provided the information shall be informed."
The PERSONAL DATA'S NATIONAL DIRECCION DE PROTECTION, the Control Body of Law No. 25.326, has the power to respond to complaints and claims to be brought in connection with non-compliance with the rules on the protection of personal data.
The consumer has the right to revoke the acceptance during the period of 10 (ten) days counted from the date on which the contract is concluded, without any responsibility, up to 72 hours prior to the Event or until the Sale Closing takes place, whichever happens first.
It is considered to close Sale at the time CONMEBOL Tickets stops massively marketing tickets for an event. This revocation must be made for the total purchase made, no matter how many locations have been purchased in the same purchase. Requests for partial recalls will not be accepted.
Since CONMEBOL Tickets acts as an intermediary and on behalf and order of the Organizer, any claim must be exercised exclusively with the Organizer. Without prejudice to this, the Organizer reserves the right to add, modify or replace cast members or equipment of the respective event, varying the programs, prices and locations disseminated, as well as the capacity of the property, as this is informed in a timely manner.
The Organizer reserves the right of admission and permanence.
The opening hours of the stadium are until the start of the event, then it will be up to the organizer and the security authorities of the stadium to the limitation of entry.
CONMEBOL Tickets is not responsible for non-compliance with the stadium.
In the case of presentation with paper ticket, the acquirer must present it in good condition.
The late arrivals of the public shall mean that the entry of the public shall be entered in the interval or when the Organizer deems it appropriate to his or her sole discretion.
Before entering the event, spectators will be able to undergo a check-up by security personnel, preventing anyone who refuses to receive it from entering, not carrying any responsibility or consequences for the Organizer and the ticketer.

The CONMEBOL Tickets system allows customers to purchase tickets over the Internet or other similar digital media. The system selects the available place at the time of purchase, according to the category and asking price.
Tickets can also be purchased by the consumer at the tickets that the Organizer enables for each event.
Each ticket purchased at https://tickets.conmebol.com is subject to a charge for additional ticket price service (which is reported in the price list for each event)
CONMEBOL Tickets will publish in each case the possible existence of Tickets' delivery alternatives (in premises, at the ticket office of the event or show, home shipping) which could be subject to an additional charge that will be reported by CONMEBOL Tickets.
In the event of omission of this information for any particular event, it will be understood that the marketing mode is exclusively through the CONMEBOL Tickets digital platform.
Service charges (including additional home delivery charges) that have actually been provided by CONMEBOL Tickets will in no case be returned to the consumer, or even in the event of suspension, cancellation, reschedule of the event or repentance of the user.
The Tickets acquirer is responsible for checking, accepting and confirming the terms and conditions of your purchase prior to making it, including without limitation: (I) the description and specification of the event for which you purchased the Tickets, (Il) the deadlines and conditions of delivery, (III) the prices and conditions of payment, (IV) the additional costs and charges. Therefore before completing your purchase, please carefully check the desired event, section and location, as once your purchase has been confirmed no changes, refunds and returns are allowed for this reason. Confirmation of the purchase that the user makes with his credit or debit card is subject to the authorization of the issuing company.
The deliveries of the Tickets are made only within the territory of the Argentine Republic.

The ticket buyer user must follow the necessary steps for the purchase of them; this includes (I) registering on the website of https://tickets.conmebol.com to make the purchase, (II) download the CONMEBOL Tickets app on their mobile device, registering again with the same email (III) access tickets purchased from the CONMEBOL Tickets (IV) app with your QR at the entrance of the event to enter.
CONMEBOL Tickets is not responsible if the user mistakenly steps for the acquisition.
The digital purchase of tickets is made by credit and debit card, having to match the registered user's name with the card holder with which the purchase is made.
When the purchase is made by credit or debit card the tickets will be delivered only to the holder whose name is printed on the respective card, displaying that card and identification document. The card holder, or additional, that is displayed must coincide with the person who made the purchase.
Identity document (Identity Card, ID, Enrollment Book, Civic Book, Passport) of the Credit Card/Débito or additional of the Credit Card, as appropriate.
To access CONMEBOL Tickets the user must have the graphic mode enabled and accept cookies in their browser or browser.
Tickets will only be considered valid to enter the event as long as they are purchased through the CONMEBOL Tickets system.
Tickets may not in any case be used for resale and/or commercial or promotional application without the prior written permission of the Organizer or CONMEBOL Tickets.
The consumer has the right to request an action of Repentance in order to revoke the purchase made, provided that the application is made for the period of 10 (ten) days running from the date on which the purchase is made and the contract is concluded, up to 72 working hours prior to the Event, or until the end of the period of Sale of the event, which happens first. Only the user who made the purchase, also holding the payment medium, can request a repentance action. Any request on behalf of third parties will be automatically denied. The return of the amounts of money corresponding to the purchase that is effectively cancelled may take time to be credited on your card or bank account between 15 and 60 days, depending on the conditions established by your card, bank, or bank.
