ACCOUNT DELETION

In this section, we will show you how to delete your CONMEBOL Tickets account, along with the information we hold about you and your tickets. You can also request us to perform the deletion for you if you do not have access to your profile on the website or app by completing a request form for processing.

ATTENTION: If you have active tickets for future events, they will be permanently deleted along with your account and personal data, and they cannot be recovered. If you choose to delete your account, you will not be able to make any claims in the event of loss or non-receipt of your tickets.
The account deletion request may be denied if there is a legitimate reason (legal or security requirement) concerning the user or the tickets.

Deleting my account from the App de CONMEBOL Tickets:
  1. 1. Open the mobile app and log in if necessary.
  2. 2. Go to the menu and select "My Profile." At the end of this section, you will find the option "Delete my account."
  3. 3. Click and complete the required steps.
Deleting my account from the Website de CONMEBOL Tickets:
  1. 1. Open your browser and go to the website ticket.conmebol.com
  2. 2. In the top bar, click on “Login,” and enter your username and password if necessary.
  3. 3. In the options menu on the right, go to "Profile and payment methods." At the end of this section, you will find the option "Delete my account."
  4. 4. Click and complete the required steps.
If none of the above options are possible, you can request the manual deletion of your account by completing the following form. This must only be done using the email address associated with the account you wish to delete.


We will never share your email with anyone else.
